Refund policy

1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags.

3. Eligibility: Refunds/Exchanges are only applicable if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

4. Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
